Stephani Sundry

Stephani Sundry is the newest member of Christianson & Company’s brokerage team. A Minnesota native, Stephani attended college at Hamline University where she received a B.A. in Economics. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate at William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline). Stephani’s legal background, and diverse professional experience within the commercial real estate industry, significantly enhances and expands our firm’s capabilities.

In her role as General Counsel, Stephani directed and managed the multi-million-dollar real estate portfolios of a $1B plus privately held retailer with locations throughout the Midwest, and of a $800M private equity owned manufacturing company with facilities across the United States.

As Director of Real Estate for a Minnesota Fortune 500 retailer Stephani oversaw all corporate and industrial real estate matters from site selection, through lease/purchase negotiations, construction and project management. In addition to the dozens of retail locations she secured she managed the disposition of all surplus land and building space throughout the country.

As a commercial real estate developer and strategic advisor, Stephani has worked with clients to identify retail and industrial opportunities, negotiate terms, lead the entitlement processes, secure end users and engage vendors.

Stephani has been formally recognized by leading industry organizations for projects she originated and completed. She is a past recipient of NAIOP’s “Deal of the Year”, Wisconsin Business Journal’s “Redevelopment of the Year”, and MSCA’s “Development of the Year” awards.

Stephani lives in Excelsior, Minnesota and is a mom of five children. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, attending barre classes, hanging out by the pool, and watching her children play basketball and football. We are thrilled to have Stephani as part of our team at C&C and look forward to seeing what she has in store for us.
